This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1 Return Eligibility

  • Return without reason: Within 14 days of receipt, product intact and unused;
  • Quality issues: Within 30 days for defects, misdescription or unfit for use;
  • Non-returnable (unless faulty): Unsealed underwear, swimwear, socks; personalized items; washed, worn or tag-removed clothing.

Promotional products enjoy the same return rights as full-priced products.

2 Return Conditions

  • Product undamaged, clean, unwashed, with original tags;
  • Original packaging and accessories complete;
  • Provide order number and proof of purchase.

3 Return Process

  1. Apply for return online or via customer service to obtain Return Authorization (RA);
  2. Return items within 7 days after receiving RA;
  3. Inspection within 3–5 working days after receipt;
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.

4 Refund Instructions

  • Unwanted returns: Refund product price only (shipping excluded);
  • Quality returns: Refund product price + standard shipping;
  • Coupons: Refund based on actual payment; coupons will not be reissued;
  • Overdue applications may be refused.
