1 Return Eligibility
- Return without reason: Within 14 days of receipt, product intact and unused;
- Quality issues: Within 30 days for defects, misdescription or unfit for use;
- Non-returnable (unless faulty): Unsealed underwear, swimwear, socks; personalized items; washed, worn or tag-removed clothing.
Promotional products enjoy the same return rights as full-priced products.
2 Return Conditions
- Product undamaged, clean, unwashed, with original tags;
- Original packaging and accessories complete;
- Provide order number and proof of purchase.
3 Return Process
- Apply for return online or via customer service to obtain Return Authorization (RA);
- Return items within 7 days after receiving RA;
- Inspection within 3–5 working days after receipt;
- Refund processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.
4 Refund Instructions
- Unwanted returns: Refund product price only (shipping excluded);
- Quality returns: Refund product price + standard shipping;
- Coupons: Refund based on actual payment; coupons will not be reissued;
- Overdue applications may be refused.
